Erica is a graduate of the Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy in St Pete. She specializes in Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage as well as therapeutic deep tissue and trigger point massage, with the intention of relieving muscular pain and dysfunction. Understanding that every person’s body is unique, she tailors each massage to that individual’s needs. She finds joy and compassion in the art of helping others feel good. Her style is both specific and flowing- combining the deep relaxation of firm, rhythmic massage with therapeutic techniques and stretching to relieve muscle tension and discomfort.

Having practiced yoga regularly for over 10 years, she believes yoga and massage go together like unicorns and glitter. She stresses the importance of stretching during massage and is always eager to give clients “homework” for their own self care.

Erica knows that to provide clients with the best care, she must always care for herself as well. She enjoys yoga, chiropractic care, watersports, acupuncture, her doggies, healthy cooking, and live music.
